The Dynamic Rack system consists of two main components: a static rack structure and dynamic flow rails. The rails are usually equipped with full width rollers. set on a slope along the shelf. set on a slope along the shelf. These rails aided by gravity allow the pallet to flow from the load end to the discharge end with a speed of movement controlled by in-line brakes.
When a pallet is removed, the loads behind it advance to the unload position. This system is most used in situations where storage density and inventory turnover are priorities. Allows First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation while allowing pallet movement from one area to another without the use of material handling equipment.
Its name comes from the fact that the Pallet is in controlled movement .
Advantages
• Improves the usage of space by maximizing the surface area.
• Apply a strict FIFO rotation.
• Improves efficiency and productivity allowing higher yields..
• Improves safety compared to driving, as the operator is not required to drive in the lane.
Applications
• Storage of perishable products.
• Any storage requirement with high volume of inputs and outputs.
• Any industry that wants to optimize its storage area.
